All orders are dispatched from Berlin, Germany. We ship to all EU member states with tracked delivery and issue proper VAT documentation for every B2B order.
Free Shipping over €100
Orders totalling €100 or more ship free across the EU. Simply place your order — shipping will be refunded automatically for qualifying orders.
Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders after 14:00 are dispatched the next business day.
Tracked Delivery
Every shipment includes a tracking number sent by email. Monitor your order from dispatch to delivery door-to-door across the EU.
VAT Invoice Included
A proper EU VAT invoice is issued with every order. B2B buyers receive full documentation for accounting and expense purposes.
Delivery Zones & Estimated Times
We ship across the European Union and globally. Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays. For non-EU destinations please contact us before ordering.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. All prices include VAT. Orders over €100 ship free — shipping will be refunded automatically for qualifying orders.
How We Process Your Order
Order Confirmed
After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. A VAT invoice will be issued separately by Circonis within 1 business day.
Packed & Dispatched
Your order is picked from stock, carefully packed and handed to our carrier partner. Orders placed before 14:00 CET on weekdays are dispatched the same day.
Tracking Email
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.
Delivered
Your order is delivered to your specified address. If you are unavailable, the carrier will leave a delivery notification with redelivery or collection options.

We ship to selected countries outside the EU. Please contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can deliver to your location and provide the applicable shipping cost.
Yes. If you need multiple products, please contact us directly and we will prepare a combined order with a single shipment and a consolidated VAT invoice. This avoids paying separate shipping fees for each item.
Yes. A proper EU VAT invoice is issued automatically for every order. It is attached as a PDF to your order confirmation email. The invoice includes our VAT number (DE350022597) and all details required for EU accounting purposes.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Our products are shipped as standard non-hazardous goods by road carrier within the EU. They are not classified as dangerous goods under ADR regulations in the quantities we supply. No special handling or documentation is required by the recipient.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. You can monitor your shipment in real time from Berlin to your door.
